The Holiday Cottages are available after 3pm and must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £100 per week is required when making a booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before the commencement day of your holiday or on arrival by prior arrangement.

The deposit is nonreturnable should you require to cancel the holiday. If you wish to alter your holiday dates we will try to arrange this.

Only the number of persons and dogs quoted on the booking form are permitted to stay in the holiday cottage.

We endeavour to place visitors in the holiday cottage they have chosen. However if due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to change the holiday cottage we have the right to do so.

We do not provide insurance for personal belongings and do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property, vehicles or any personal injury, unless caused by negligence. We highly recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.

The Property, Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings and Contents are of a high standard and in order to maintain this we ask that at the end of your holiday the Holiday Cottage rented be left in a clean and reasonable state. Any damages or breakages must be brought to the attention of the owners please, in order that they may be replaced. We reserve the right to any reasonable access to the Holiday Cottages.

Please note that the water at North Lee Farm is spring fed rather than mains supply. The electricity supply for each of the cottages, (excluding central heating) is operated by a coin meter system.

Pets are welcomed provided they are under control and kept strictly on a lead around the farm buildings. Dogs are permitted to be left in the holiday lets for a period of 2 hours only a day.

A farm can be a delight to most children but it can also be a very dangerous place if left unsupervised. Please ensure that children are not allowed to wander around the farm without supervision.
